Diversity Policy

Last updated: July 2026.

Rapid Response Locksmiths serves the whole of Seaham and the surrounding area. This policy sets out our commitment to treating every customer, and everyone we write for, with fairness and respect.

Serving our customers

We help anyone who needs a locksmith, without regard to age, disability, race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or background. A person locked out at night or worried about their security deserves the same prompt, respectful service whoever they are.

An accessible service

  • We explain what we are doing in plain terms and are happy to repeat or clarify anything
  • We are patient with customers who are distressed, elderly, or vulnerable
  • We take extra care on jobs involving someone at risk, such as after a break-in or a domestic incident

In our content

The advice and guides we publish are written for a broad audience. We avoid stereotypes and language that could exclude or misrepresent anyone, and we try to reflect the range of homes and situations we actually attend across County Durham.

Our conduct

Every technician represents the business the same way: courteous, honest and professional. Discrimination or harassment of any kind, towards a customer or within our team, is not tolerated.

Feedback

If you feel we have fallen short of this, please tell us through our contact form. We take that seriously and it is covered by our Actionable Feedback Policy.
